Sea Lion Motel - Gloucester

We had a great stay with a lovely view of the ocean from our porch, and the quaint, well-maintained hotel with comfy furnishings was a real gem. Only downside was the slightly limited breakfast options.

Neat and modern room, comfortable beds. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Perfect and exceptionally nice location in a quiet area of town, very clean pool. Based adjacent to the beach and grocery store, eateries and the Sea Lion.

Location: the hotel was just off beach, restaurants and shopping area as well as the airport. Moreover, it was about 20 mins walk from Good Harbor Beach.

The outdoor pool was a fantastic spot to unwind after a long day at the beach. Super clean and well-kept! Just wish they had softer pillows for a better night's sleep 🌊

From skeptic to believer

The room was cozy, clean. The beautiful ocean view from the porch was a good surprise!

Though the hotel was well maintained, I was disappointed with the limited breakfast options and the noise from nearby traffic that disrupted the quiet atmosphere.

The Double Room with Two Double Beds was really clean and cozy. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was super clean. Plus, we had a nice view of the ocean from our porch, a cool bonus. It had a mini fridge and a coffeemaker, too. It felt homey and quiet. The only downside was some limited lighting in the room, but that didn't bother us much.

The kids loved the outdoor pool, clean and had plenty of lounge chairs. We enjoyed the convenient location, just a quick walk to the beach. Plus, the breakfast setup was perfect for our large family, keeping us fueled for the day!

My children wanted a microwave in the room for late-night snacks. It would be a nice addition for families traveling with little ones.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to a grocery store and Good Harbour Beach. The continental breakfast offered a good selection of coffee, yogurt, and pastries. Our room was clean, although small, and the pool area was inviting despite not being open for the season. The sagging bed and a few uninvited spider guests on the ceiling slightly detracted from our comfort during our one-night stay.

I stayed in a Double Room with Two Double Beds for two nights and loved the quaint, homey feel of the place. The outdoor space was well-maintained, and the pool was clean and inviting. A small downside was the limited Wi-Fi connectivity in some areas, made streaming a bit challenging at times.

The outdoor pool was a perfect way to unwind after a day of beach fun! I loved relaxing at the little bistro tables, soaking in the sun, and sipping coffee from the continental breakfast. Plus, the clean and comfy Double Room was just what we needed to recharge after our adventures!

The room was well-appointed, and the staff provided really good service. They were accommodating when I needed to adjust my schedule, and the location was perfect for my business needs, being just a short drive to Gloucester. The amenities exceeded my expectations, particularly the cleanliness and comfort of the bedding. Having access to a mini fridge and microwave.
